A village priest trapped in rigid conventions is searching for vitality. After finding that even the act of killing during a leisurely fox hunt no longer offers him anything, he tries to reconnect with himself through the sexual encounter with a woman. But no matter how far he goes and which boundaries he crosses within his roles, his rebellion against them only reveals his own dependence on them.
